Attendance and coordination of rehearsal
Direction of the Bridal Party, officiant, family members, and photographer at the ceremony and reception
On-site Supervision of all service providers at ceremony and reception (including setup and tear down)
Management of Wedding Day
Collection and Organization of Ceremony and reception items (including gifts)
Distribute final payments and gratuity to service providers

Partial Planning

Package includes the following:

Unlimited contact via phone or email
In-person Consultation (2)
Confirm ordersand event details with all service providers
Attendance and coordination of rehearsal
Direction of the Bridal Party, officiant, family members, and photographer, videographers, and DJ at the ceremony and reception
Create master list of service providers and important wedding contacts.
On-site Supervision of all service providers at ceremony and reception (including setup and tear down
Management of Wedding Day timeline (includes creation and distribution to wedding party, vendors, etc.)
Distribute final payments and gratuity to service providers
Collection and Organization of Ceremony and reception items (including gifts)

Full Planning

All Inclusive Coordination

Package includes the following:

Unlimited contact via phone or email
Create and manage event budget, attend all meetings
Help with all selections, wedding dresses, bridal party, groom and groomsmen
Research venue, negotiations, contract review
Confirm orders and event details with all service providers
Assist with the seating charts, floor plans, final eventsetup details
